ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Pay the rider in cash when your order arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready.
How do I place an order?
Choose your size, add the item to your cart, and complete checkout with your delivery address and phone number. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
Will you call to confirm my order?
For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may contact you to confirm before dispatch. If we cannot reach you, your order may be delayed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Pakistan. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is Rs 250 flat. Orders of Rs 3,000 and above ship free.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 working days. After dispatch, delivery takes 1 to 3 working days in Karachi and 3 to 5 working days elsewhere in Pakistan.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships we email you a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and have all tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Email info.mellbury@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item. Do not send anything back before your request is approved.
Who pays for return shipping?
We cover it if the item is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product. For a change of mind or size, the customer covers return shipping.
When will I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days.

How do I know my size?
See our Size Guide page. Every product page also lists measurements for that specific piece.
What if the item does not fit?
Request an exchange within 7 days. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
