Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with MELLBURY. Here is everything you need to know about how we deliver your order.

 

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently deliver across Pakistan. We do not ship internationally at this time.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

• Orders are processed within 1-2 working days of being placed and confirmed.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

• For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may call or message you to confirm your order before dispatch. If we are unable to reach you, dispatch may be delayed.

 

DELIVERY TIME

• Karachi: 1-3 working days after dispatch

• Rest of Pakistan: 3-5 working days after dispatch

• Remote areas may take slightly longer

 

These timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, strikes or courier backlogs.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. Any free shipping offer will be applied at checkout when your order qualifies.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active on the courier's website.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your delivery address and phone number before placing your order. MELLBURY is not responsible for orders delivered late or returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address. If a parcel is returned for this reason, re-delivery charges will apply.

 

FAILED DELIVERY AND UNCLAIMED PARCELS

Our courier will typically attempt delivery two to three times. If the parcel cannot be delivered or is refused, it is returned to us. For Cash on Delivery orders, repeated refusal may result in Cash on Delivery being disabled for future orders from that customer.

 

DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can raise a claim with the courier.
